My 1 night in Saint-Colomb-de-Lauzun was very comfortable. the staff was excellent and absolutely perfect from my arrival up until I left. - the location of the hotel was excellent, in a lovely area. - It was very close to a restaurant, the back garden, and France. - the breakfast was perfect, plentiful and I greatly enjoyed breads and cereals.

Wonderful location for easy and convenient access to some of the most beautiful French scenery. From the balcony, I sipped on a drink and admired the view, feeling like I was in a painting. The continental breakfast offered by the property was plentiful and delicious. I indulged in croissants and freshly brewed coffee, fueling me for a day of exploration. Madeleine, the host, was warm, friendly, and unobtrusive. She made me feel right at home and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and bars in the nearby city of Eymet. The interconnecting rooms were spacious and comfortable, with their own bathroom complete with a shower and bath. I lounged on the cozy bed and watched TV in both English and French. The period property had a charming ambiance, reminding me of a bygone era. It was incredible to stay in a place with such rich history, over 100 years old.

Distance to town: If we hadn't been there for a 3-day wedding function, it would have been good to walk into town, but it was a bit far.
